This page explains how to delete your AI Escape Maker account and the data made with it.

1. Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open the app, go to My Page, scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account" under Settings.
- Confirm with "Delete". Your account and data are deleted right away.
- If you used the app as a guest (without signing in), the same steps work.
2. If you have removed the app
Send a deletion request with the contact form or by e-mail below. We confirm that the request comes from you, delete the account, and let you know by e-mail.
- Subject: "AI Escape Maker account deletion"
- The e-mail address you signed in with (Google or Apple)
- Your display name in the app, or a link to a game you published (if you know it)
Guest accounts cannot be identified, so the data on your device is gone once the app is removed. If you want a published game removed from our server, send us its link.
3. What is deleted
- Your account (user ID, sign-in e-mail address, display name, profile)
- Games you made (published and drafts) and the photos and pictures used in them
- Comments, ratings, likes, follows and blocks
- Play records and notification settings
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Copies in server backups are erased within 30 days.
- Reports and how they were handled may be kept for up to 1 year for safety.
- Premium (subscription) purchase records are managed by the App Store / Google Play. Deleting your account does not stop a subscription, so cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
- If you also use other apps with the same Google / Apple account, your data and sign-in for those apps stay. Only this app's data is deleted.
- If you accepted a friend's invite, we keep, even after your account is deleted, only an irreversible hash of the Apple / Google account identifier you signed in with, so the same person cannot receive the invite reward more than once. It cannot be used to identify you or to recover your e-mail address or other details.
