1. How to play
Pick a game from the list on the home screen and tap "Play". Tap furniture and objects to search them, use the items you find, and get out of the room to clear the game.
- Stuck? Use the hints in the game.
- If you stop halfway, carry on from "Games played" on My Page.
- There is also "Today's riddle", one small puzzle a day.
2. Making and publishing a game
- Choose a room template under "Make".
- Tap furniture to hide items in it, or lock it with a number code or a key.
- Test play it yourself to make sure it can be cleared.
- Tap "Publish" and others can play it.
You need a display name to publish. You can unpublish a game later, or fix it and publish it again.
3. Restoring purchases
If Premium is not active after changing phones or reinstalling the app, tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom of the Premium screen. You need to be signed in to the same store account you bought it with.
4. Checking and cancelling the subscription
Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Cancel it here:
- iPhone and iPad: the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → AI Escape Maker
- Android: Google Play Store → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AI Escape Maker
- You can also open it from "Manage subscription" on My Page in the app.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of that period.
5. Reporting and blocking
If you find an inappropriate game, comment or user, use "Report" in the menu of the game or comment. We review every report and hide anything that breaks the terms. You can also block users you do not want to see.
6. Deleting your account and data
In the app, go to My Page → Settings → Delete account to delete it right away. If you have removed the app, you can request deletion as described on this page:

E-mail us or use the contact form. For a problem, please tell us your phone model and what you did and what happened.
